History
AGMA was founded in 1964 and was formerly called AGMA Lahlou-Tazi. It places insurance and reinsurance contracts for large companies, SMEs and individuals. It has been listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange since 1998.
Latest published results
In the first half of 2026, consolidated revenue rose 4.9% to MAD 100.8 million, helped by new business. Recurring operating income edged down (-1.7%). Net income attributable to the group reached MAD 39.1 million (+1.7%).
What to watch
The outcome of the tax audit opened in June 2026, for which the company had received no notification at the time of publication.
